75-5158. Complaints relating to issuance of driver's licenses and identification cards; procedure; report. The secretary of revenue shall provide procedures for persons to make complaints regarding allegations of discrimination, or other complaint topics, relating to the issuance of driver's licenses and identification cards and shall provide for the investigation of such complaints. In January of each year, the secretary of revenue shall report to the house committee on veterans, military and homeland security regarding complaints made pursuant to this section and the disposition thereof.
