9-1708.Refusal to be examined; remedy.No officer, director, employee or agent of any bank or trust company shall refuse the examination and inspection of the bank or trust company by the commissioner or in any manner obstruct or interfere with the examination and investigation of such bank or trust company or refuse to be examined under oath concerning any of the affairs of such bank or trust company. The commissioner may take such action as available pursuant to K.S.A.9-1714,9-1805,9-1807or9-1809, and amendments thereto, to remedy any violation of the provisions of this section.
