9-1901.Dissolution.Any corporation that is not insolvent or critically undercapitalized and otherwise transacting business under the state banking code may be dissolved by its board of directors in accordance with K.S.A.17-6801et seq., and amendments thereto, provided the bank has completed a liquidation to the satisfaction of the commissioner pursuant to K.S.A. 2015 Supp.9-1919, and amendments thereto.
