Informal Meeting No Shows
Meeting "No Shows"
This directive is adopted pursuant to the provisions of L. 1992, ch. 249, § 1, and shall be in force and effect from and after the Director's approval date.
The county appraiser shall not generate a Notification of Informal Meeting Results form (PV-RA-32) through the Hearing Tracking Module for "no shows." "No shows" are not entitled to continue with the formal appeal process and should not be misled by the instructions which are printed on the bottom of the form. An informal meeting with the county appraiser or the appraiser's designee is a condition precedent to an appeal to the county or district hearing panel.
Whenever possible, however, the county appraiser should reschedule
