Do I need to apply for a retailer license if I am a bulk dealer?
A retailer license is not required for a bulk dealer that sells only to retail stations. If a bulk dealer sells to the
end user, such as farmers and construction companies, than a retailer license is required.
Do I need to apply for a retailer license if I am leasing a station?
If the person is only managing the station, a retailer license is not required. If the person owns the station and is only using the name, such as Amoco or Texaco, a retailer license is required in the owner's name.
Do I need to apply for a retailer license if I only re-sell aviation fuel?
A retailer license is required since you are selling to the end user.
